The Role
Recruit Shop has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Recruitment Assistant on a full-time basis. This offshore role will see you support our team in Australia. The office you'll be based in is located at The Penbrothers International, Rockwell Business Center Sheridan 1 Tower, United Street, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
Working as a key member of the team, you will be working alongside a team of Recruitment Specialists and providing support with a range of administrative tasks to assist with finding the best candidates for our clients.
Some of your major responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the business leader to provide a range of administration support;
- Complete daily tasks as scheduled in our customer relationship management system;
- Reading candidate responses and assessing them for their suitability against our client's criteria;
- Confirming and checking the candidate commute time to the job location using Google Maps;
- Conducting targeted candidate searches through online databases;
- Create compelling job advertisements and posting to various channels;
- Following up with candidates for further information via phone and email;
- Managing multiple inboxes and distributing information to relevant person/s; and
- Use Salesforce to create weekly reports
About You
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Therefore, this role would best suit someone who has experience working in a recruitment or recruitment administrator role previously.
To be successful in this role you'll need to be a quick learner with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form. You'll also have excellent attention to detail ensuring your success as you review applications and determine who the top candidates are. The ability to manage multiple competing priorities will serve you well in this role as well as you work on many different campaigns while also keeping the team updated on progress.
It is important that you have a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Any experience using Salesforce will be highly regarded.

You will receive an attractive base remuneration of 24,000 PHP + the potential for a Monthly Incentive 4,000 PHP
