About The Opportunity

RAI now has an extremely exciting opportunity for a Campaign Manager to work in a full-time capacity (38 hours per week) under contract until December 2022 with potential for extension. You will have the ability to work remotely from anywhere within Australia, with occasional travel. There is no requirement to be based in a specific location for this role. You will be primarily responsible for leading a national campaign incorporating PR and communications strategies promoting opportunities to live, work and invest in regional Australia.

More specifically, your key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Being the lead contact with the campaign creative agency;
  • Developing and implementing the communication and media objectives of the 'Move to More' campaign;
  • Building on existing campaign strategy and project plan;
  • Managing effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including government and media representatives;
  • Working with key RAI staff to secure further funding; and
  • Managing the campaign budget and reporting in conjunction with the CEO

About You

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications or another related field in conjunction with extensive demonstrated experience successfully designing, managing and executing corporate communication strategies and managing and growing social media accounts.

You will also require effective interpersonal communication skills as well as sales skills, allowing you to effectively negotiate with a range of key stakeholders including local government and corporate partners. Strong communication skills will also allow you to build and nurture relationships internally and externally. It is also essential that you have high attention to detail, including exceptional proofreading and fact-checking skills.

Most importantly, you will be a driven individual who is passionate about Regional Australia and dedicated to achieving organisational objectives and absolutely aligned to the value of the Move to More campaign.
