Who We Are
We are EREA St Joseph's Catholic Flexible Learning Centre and part of the EREA Oscar Romero Flexi Schools Network. We provide diverse learning and wellbeing experiences and aim to re-engage young people who are looking to access a different way of learning.

About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity, at our campus in Alice Springs, NT.
Reporting to the Head of Campus and the Network Principal, you will accurately capture student data, and ensure seamless administrative processes which support the efficient and compliant operation of the school.
You will also operate the school's reception area, where you will converse with students, parents, and other stakeholders. You will provide friendly and professional assistance, with an understanding of the cultural nuances of working with an indigenous school community.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in an administrative role. Experience working in school administration will be highly regarded, but most important is your passion for the role, and your desire to learn and grow.
Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel, in particular, is essential. Your expertise in this area is vitally important.
A tertiary qualification in business administration will also be highly regarded and will help you succeed in this role.
Importantly, this role requires you to work collaboratively and maintain professional relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will need to be personable, with communication skills that allow you to speak with people from all walks of life.
You will also need:
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Clearance.
- A current unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
About the Benefits
There is an attractive salary on offer of $66,800 – $84,600 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive 6 weeks of annual leave a year.
If you are coming from elsewhere in Australia, relocation costs can be negotiated for the right candidate.
You will also benefit from extensive training and development. This is a critical role where you will be on the front lines of ensuring the school is compliant and efficient. As such, we will provide you with all the tools and support you need to succeed.
