About Edmund Rice Flexi School - Davoren Park
We are EREA Edmund Rice Flexi School (ERFS), co-located across two campuses in Elizabeth and Davoren Park and part of the EREA Oscar Romero Flexi Schools Network. Our organisation is undergoing significant growth and expansion, as such, we are seeking qualified, experienced teachers.

About the Opportunity
The ERFS has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for two full-time Teachers (years 7 – 12) who are PASSIONATE about their craft and who have expertise across a range of secondary subjects but with a focus on literacy and numeracy, as well as engagement in learning.
We're looking for experienced Teachers who are passionate about teaching young people in Middle and Senior years of schooling. You’ll draw on your 3+ years of teaching in secondary classes across a range of subjects and are enthusiastic about developing flexible curriculum.
Reporting to the Head of Campus and the Network Principal, this role will see you responsible for implementing learning programs that cater to the needs of secondary-aged students who have disengaged from mainstream education, encouraging our young people to achieve educational and wellbeing outcomes and make a positive contribution to their community.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining learning and social inclusion responses of the campus, including:
- Planning, preparation and delivery of engaging learning and teaching programs for young people in both middle and senior phases of secondary education including project-based learning, PLPs and SACE programs with a focus on a variety of subject disciplines;
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the ERFS's objectives and planning; and
- Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive and radically inclusive school environment.

About You
You’ve mastered your craft and are ready to be with an employer who’ll provide you the opportunity to expand on their ‘already flexible’ model of teaching, and bring your expertise in creative, supportive, and innovative program delivery.
You must hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Teaching and be able to register for Teacher Registration in SA, gain a clearance from Catholic Diocese of Adelaide and hold a current unrestricted driver’s licence.
Specialist knowledge and skills in, teaching young people with special needs and SACE Flexibilities would be looked upon favourably.
Please note: This role requires regular travel around Elizabeth and Davoren Park, including transporting students, and as such, a Current Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence is essential, with Light Rigid highly regarded.
