About the Opportunity
Connect2Care are now looking for Occupational Therapists to join their teams in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. You will have the opportunity to work in a predominately mobile service around your local area, as well as spending time in the Connect2Care hub closest to you. You will also have input into the types of cases you manage and can choose to see a diverse caseload or preference specialising in an area of interest.
Reporting to the Occupational Therapist Clinical Lead, you will deliver Occupational Therapy services to children and adults through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and office-based services. We offer a diverse caseload of clients, with many being clients of the NDIS and a small privately funded cohort.
This role can be either full-time, part-time, or flexible working hours, depending on your availability and needs. You will also have some flexibility to control your own caseload, choosing the mix of mobile, telehealth, and clinic-based work that's right for you. You will also have input into the types of cases you manage and can choose to see a diverse caseload or preference specialising in an area of interest.
Core duties:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat both children and adults living with a disability
- Assess and plan for clients to maximize their level of function, capacity and social engagement (e.g. optimizing funds and supports whilst liaising with key stakeholders)
- Provide high-quality evidence-based intervention to people with disabilities
- Select and understand the appropriate assessment(s) based on the needs of the client and interpret the findings, completing comprehensive reports and written recommendations required by the NDIS
- Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications under the NDIS
- Build relationships with key stakeholders associated with Connect2Care’s business, including therapists, participants and referral sources
About You
To succeed in this role you will be a Qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration. Connect2Care welcomes applicants with all levels of experience, from new graduates to experienced clinicians.

Depending on your skills and experience, on offer is an excellent salary circa $78,000 - $100,000 inclusive of super.
