About the Opportunity

Bundaberg Brewed Drinks now has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Receptionist/Safety Support Assistant to join their team in Bundaberg, Queensland.

The main responsibility for this role will be to assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the business. Key duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Answering income and transferring phone calls;
  • Scheduling meeting and greeting customers, visitors and contractors;
  • Reception presentation and housekeeping;
  • General office duties;
  • Data entry and maintaining contractor database; and
  • Provide administrative support to Safety Officer.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be required to have proven experience in a receptionist/administration role. Previous experience in safety administration support is highly desirable.

You will need to be a professional who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and with strong problem-solving skills, as well as interpersonal and written verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to be a fast learner and be able to prioritise and manage your time effectively and have the demonstrated ability to take direction and work well within a team.

As this is a client-facing role, you will need to have strong customer service skills, and have a positive, friendly, and bubbly personality.

Please note: you will need to have a valid driver’s licence and a vehicle, as this role will require you to travel between sites.
