About the Opportunity

ECA has an exciting new opportunity for a collaborative and passionate Account Manager to join the team on a permanent full-time basis (37.5 hours p/w) in Canberra, ACT.

Reporting to the General Manager - Member and Customer Engagement, you will act as the link between ECA and our customers to nurture the customer relationships. You will manage the accounts of several large clients, providing creative product and service solutions to meet their needs.

Working within our customer service team, you will also directly manage 3-4 people, ensuring your team enthusiastically maintains a high standard of service. 

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude who is passionate about doing a great job and getting a fantastic result for our customers. 

You will also be a creative individual who has the ability to think outside the box when designing custom solutions and products. Account management experience and experience developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships are essential.

This role will see you manage a small customer service team. As such, you will need to be a confident and experienced leader with strong people management skills. 

To be effective in the role it will be required that you are proficient with the Microsoft Suite Software. Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management Software such as Salesforce is also essential.
