About the Opportunity

Limba has an opportunity for a Lending Services Officer / Administrator to join their friendly team in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane on a full-time basis

Reporting to Credit Risk Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Lending Specialist team and ensure our clients' loan application process is managed from lodgement to settlement.

Core duties:

  • Prepare client loan documents
  • Provide excellent service and support for customer inquiries
  • Inbound Reception & email management
  • Support to Credit Analysts in follow up of outstanding client documentation

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in banking or finance administration. An understanding of and experience with personal lending and in credit analysis will be highly regarded.

You will have the confidence to work independently, and will also have great attention to detail, ensuring nothing gets missed.

As this is a customer-facing role, the ability to liaise with customers and provide outstanding customer service, both on the phone and in person, will be critical to your success.
