About the Opportunity
Ryan & Rankmore has an exciting opportunity for full-time Auditors to join their team in Dubbo, NSW.
While reporting to the Audit Manager, your key responsibility will be to use your expertise and experience to conduct external audits to a range of businesses.
Your core duties include (but are not limited to):
- Contributing technical insights to audit client engagements and internal projects;
- Actively establishing, maintaining, and strengthening internal and external relationships;
- Supervising and coaching junior team members;
- Planning audit engagements, identifying key audit risk areas and preparing work plans; and
- Determining whether the work plan is executed and documented in compliance with legislation and industry standards.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or relevant, demonstrated experience in an auditing role and proven knowledge of the Australian Financial Reporting Standards. You will also have achieved or be willing to commit to commencing or completing studies towards CA or CPA qualifications.
You will need to be a friendly and analytical person who possesses strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Because you will be working with various services, including indigenous organisations, it is paramount that you are a culturally aware and respectful individual.
Although not essential, experience with CaseWare is highly desirable.
