About Chewzie - Ordering Made Easy
Chewzie is Australia's hospitality’s ordering partner. We’re a well-funded, Australian business with big growth plans!
Solving a real problem for hospitality venues, the product supports hospitality businesses with ordering in venue, delivery or pickup. It’s contactless, it's simple, and creates more enjoyable experiences for their customers.
We provide pubs, restaurants, cafes and bars with simple yet powerful tools they need to build beautiful online menus and collect customer orders from their own branded web app. There's nothing to download - just tap the beacon, order and pay. This gives them the capacity to create their own venue experience, own their data and more importantly, to keep their customers coming back!
Chewzie culture is a cocktail of professionalism, high energy, positivity and service orientation. Our team work hard and love the work we do.
More than just work mates, we're good mates! Time for socialising and celebration is always a focus.
As a Customer Onboarding Consultant, you will partner with hospitality venues acting as their primary contact as you guide them through the end to end onboarding process, from sign up to being fully operational with Chewzie.
You’ll act as the project coordinator for your assigned customers, taking the lead in ensuring these clients are moved efficiently through the onboarding journey while maintaining excellent rapport and relationships along the way. This includes spending quality time onsite at venues, advocating for venue staff engagement and the Chewzie brand.
