As an Administration and Event Coordinator with the YPO Queensland Chapter, you will assist with event coordination, membership liaison, CRM, marketing and administrative tasks on a daily basis.

This role is permanent part-time, and you will work around 25-hours a week, Monday – Friday with flexibility around the chapter's learning program and event schedule required.

Reporting to the YPO Queensland Chapter executive committee and chapter manager, you will be the engine room of the chapter where no two days will look the same.

You'll receive an attractive remuneration circa $85,000 – $95,000 (pro-rata) inclusive of super, negotiable based on your skills and experience.

You will be confident, respectful, professional in your communication, have the ability to write marketing copy, speak confidently and interact with YPO members. Attention to detail and flexibility are key criteria in this role.
