How you'll brew
In this full-time role based out of Goulburn, NSW, you will have the opportunity to work within our state-of-the-art brewery! Working shifts, you will be primarily responsible for effectively operating various types of equipment in order to meet Production/Brewhouse targets with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
Some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Wort Production/Brewhouse operation and Cellar operations
- Stock Management
- Filtration & Carbonation
- Tank & equipment Cleaning
- Participation in concerts, Beer festivals and other events
What 'Our Tribe' needs from you
To be successful in this role you will have prior commercial brewing experience. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry will be highly regarded. Candidates who possess a qualification in brewing will also be highly regarded.
Above all, you will have a passion for craft beer! You will demonstrate a commitment to our core values by generating refreshing ideas and challenging the norm, celebrating the success of your fellow tribe and being grounded and reliable.
You must also have effective communication skills, allowing you to efficiently collaborate with your tribe.
