What you'll do

There are currently opportunities available for Registered Nurses, a Deputy Director of Nursing (DDON), a Community Registered Nurse, and a Community Registered Nurse Coordinator. To read more about each role in detail, please view the position descriptions below.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality clinical support and ensuring services delivered meet legislative standards and organisational policies.

Your core duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Deliver quality clinical care and support;
  • Manage priorities to prioritise residents and support needs;
  • Implement programs for those with special needs; and
  • Ensure incidents and issues are communicated between team members.

What we need from you

To be successful in any of the outlined roles you will be a qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.

Graduates are welcome to apply for the Graduate Nurse role, whereas candidates wishing to take on the DDON or Community Nurse opportunities will require previous experience in the aged care and community space respectively.

Across all opportunities, it is essential that you are passionate about the work we do. You will be diligent and possess exceptional time management skills. You will be empathetic and attentive to patients yet, most importantly, reliable. To step into the DDON or Community Coordinator role, you will have demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
