The QCC showroom is about to receive an exciting refurb which we can't wait to show the world, inserting a second floor to it’s already extensive retail space. So, we need an expert to take the ropes of the showroom floor! Due to well-earned promotions, a rare opportunity has become available for an exceptional Showroom Sales Expert to join the QCC team at our Manilla Street Showroom in Brisbane.
About the Opportunity
This Showroom Sales Specialist opportunity would best fit a Sales Expert with adept product knowledge expertise. People-facing skills developed in hospitality, large-scale distribution arenas, or showroom sales are the perfect backdrop for joining the QCC specialist team.
Our Showroom Sales Specialist desires to know our products inside and out, providing the best possible experience for our loyal customer base. Once they visit once, they'll be back - you're going to keep it that way!
Collaboration and competency sharing your expertise with Sales Assistants are essential tools for success in this role. Additionally, you'll need to be tech-savvy and organised to assist with the general functions of the warehouse.
Some of those functions include:
- Competitor awareness;
- Sales system proficiency and education;
- Organising placement & display;
- Coordinating effective sales methods;
- Conducting stocktake & receiving inbound phone enquiries;
- Small and large hospitality equipment knowledge would be advantageous, but is not essential
The role is standard hours Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 5.00pm, plus one Saturday a month from 10am – 2pm.
About You
You're looking for a sales role with a family feel. Perhaps you're looking to harness your front-of-house hospitality expertise by stepping into a leadership position, or perhaps you're a Chef seeking a stable role away from the riff-raff of kitchen life (day shifts + minimal weekends - how great!) Either way, you've got a solid grip on the sales concept, developing loyal customer bases through delivering memorable experiences.
Lastly, our Showroom Sales Superstar makes the first (and lasting) impression! So, you'll bring a warm, welcoming, and approachable demeanour to the QCC team.
