Your role

Working full-time as our Admin Assistant your primary responsibility will be performing a wide range of administration and general office management tasks, responding to incoming calls or emails and helping with non-technical enquiries. There will potentially also be a sales element incorporated as you grow and become comfortable within the role.

Your core duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Data entry/records management;
  • Sending contracts and service agreements;
  • Reporting on service contracts;
  • Debtor management; and
  • Conducting tours of building for customers.

What we need from you

To be successful as our new Admin Assistant you will need prior experience in an administration role. While not essential, a qualification in administration or another relevant field will be highly regarded. Any background in the building industry will be a distinct advantage.

The most important factor in your success will certainly be your behavioural attributes. You will be easy to work with as well as punctual and professional, allowing you to communicate effectively with our customers. It is imperative that you are a quick learner who can adapt on the run and is comfortable being the smiling face of the business.
