BirdLife Australia
BirdLife Australia is a national, grassroots charity with over 290,000 supporters. We have been the voice of Australia’s birdlife for over a century, from protecting birds and their habitats leading to on-ground projects and advocacy informed by rigorous science. Our core programs adopt a multi-species landscape-scale approach to conservation, including beach-nesting shorebirds, woodland birds, mallee birds and globally critical habitat, which we call Key Biodiversity Areas.
We are embarking on an exciting journey of transformational change with a new Bird Conservation Strategy (2023 – 2033). Partnering with, and influencing, government policies, legislation and programs will be key to ensuring BirdLife can reach its full potential for impact and deliver the Bird Conservation Strategy priorities.
We are seeking a full-time Government Liaison Manager to help deliver our Bird Conservation Strategy through leading our engagement and advocacy with key stakeholders, including federal and state governments.
