About the Opportunity

 

Arrow Energy is seeking a Document Controller LNG to join their team in Brisbane.

 

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for the development and management of the company's Document Control System. You will work closely with various internal departments and contractors for both the development and maintenance of the Document Control System.

 

Key duties of the role will be to:

 

  • Comply with all safety requirements of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) relating to duties and responsibilities undertaken by the Document Control Administrator;
  • Lead the development, operation and implementation of a document control system for the project;
  • Establish and maintain systems for the maintenance of documents to ensure the Project team and other stakeholders are using the latest copies of documents;
  • Maintain a register of all Project documents and drawings to comply with document management policies;
  • Redraft and update all documents and check and collate all documentation prior to release;
  • Manage the Document flow for the Project team;
  • Document tracking;
  • Perform archive and confidential waste procedures;
  • Prepare document submissions and deal with requests; and
  • Provide general administrative support for the team.

 

The ideal candidate will possess proven skills in document control management, with experience in document control database maintenance, assuring accuracy of and confidence in information. Experience with a document management system is vital. In addition, they will have the proven ability to quickly understand a wide variety of project documentation; as such relevant experience in the energy, infrastructure or mining sectors would be an advantage.
