Home Care Employees
Locations available: (Tamworth, Armidale, Inverell, Gunnedah, Glen Innes, Tenterfield, Manilla, Dubbo, Darling Downs, Far North Coast – Tweed, Logan River Valley.)
To be successful you will have;
- First Aid Certificate;
- CPR Certification; and
- Australian Drivers License
In order to qualify for a Grade 2 or 3 position you will require a Certificate III in Individual Support allowing you to provide clinical care and perform duties such as administering medication.
Residential Care Employees
Locations available: (Inverell, Guyra, Gunnedah, Milmerran and Oakey)
To be successful you will have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care;
- First Aid Certificate;
- CPR Certification
It is also considered essential that you have demonstrated experience working with the elderly.

Across all positions the attitude that you bring to the role will be key to your success. You will need to demonstrate an empathetic and caring nature towards the elderly and team members as well as the ability to work within our core values. You must have effective communication skills, computer literacy and the willingness to help out fellow colleagues and work flexible hours.
