We are now on the lookout for a dedicated full-time People, Culture and Learning Specialist to join our growing HR team in Brisbane CBD. This is a hybrid HR Generalist role, giving you ample opportunities to build on your existing skills in talent acquisition, learning and development and employee relations.

Your next opportunity

In this highly autonomous role, you will work collaboratively across our business to support our leaders and our teams to drive effective people strategies.

Your day-to-day will oversee:

  • Talent acquisition – Working with hiring managers across the business to determine their people needs, recruitment pipeline, role briefs & adverts, shortlisting and interviews;
  • Onboarding – help MOVE build a world-class onboarding program to effectively welcome and support our new team members to hit the ground running;
  • Culture & Engagement of our employees – bring your ideas and expertise in this area to support and grow engagement across the business to show our people just how important they are to our business strategy;
  • Build on our award-winning Lifestyle and Wellbeing program to further promote well-being and balance in our business; and
  • Learning & Development – support our managers to design and deliver outstanding L&D content and programs to build depth of skill in our people.

Our next People, Culture and Learning Specialist

To thrive in this role, you will ideally have a qualification in Human Resources Management and 1-2 years of experience working as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar. You will also have demonstrated knowledge and experience with recruitment and designing and facilitating training modules.

You will be a proactive people person with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with our people, including our leadership team. Importantly, you will partner with key stakeholders within our organisation and help the business design programs to engage our people to deliver on our high-performance goal.

We are looking for a professional who can effectively create a dynamic and vibrant culture and adapt very quickly to the business and the current growth of the organisation.

This role comes with an attractive salary circa $80,000 – $90,000 (dependent on skills and experience) PLUS super! You will also have access to fantastic benefits, including:
