The Opportunity:
Working full-time as our Online Sales & Customer Service Specialist you will provide quality advice and customer service in relation to our extensive product range. You will be based out of Olympic Park, Sydney, NSW.
Your core duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Responding to customer enquiries through various mediums including emails, phone calls and webchats;
- Providing accurate and timely advice on parts and best solutions for customers;
- General administration duties;
- Assisting the sales warehouse support team and assisting to coordinate inventory; and
- Assist with various projects.
What we need from you:
While not essential any background in sales will assist you as will any mechanical or business background. What will be essential is a thorough, hands on understanding of our products and their applications.
Equally as important will be the attitude you bring to your new role as we are looking for flexible and adaptable individuals to join our fun team. You will be passionate about the products we sell as ultimately that passion will give our customers great confidence that you can assist them with their every need!
