We are now on the lookout for a new Sales Solutions Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting role that sits between sales and tech.

Travel will be required for this role.

Your next opportunity

You will be primarily responsible for working alongside the sales team to develop and deliver repeatable, scalable and supportable solutions that help customers better manage their printing and the digitisation of their data. This will include attending onsite customer meetings, data collection and analysis, solution design, and creating and demonstrating proof-of-concepts. 

Your core duties will fall within the following themes:

  • Pre-sales
  • Delivery
  • Customer service

There will also be a lesser requirement for performing post-sales software support/troubleshooting.

What you will bring to the team

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales support role within the digital print industry. Moreover, you will have a strong aptitude for software technology. A significant practical understanding of IT systems and networks paired with strong customer service skills will ensure your success.

You will be a proactive individual who is adaptable and who can take initiative and be self-motivating. Importantly, you will be a strong communicator with the ability to effectively build relationships and communicate technical terms in an easy-to-understand manner to our sales team and clients.
