We have a newly created opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join our team full-time in our Unanderra workshop.
This role comes with an attractive salary circa $70,000 PLUS super and flexible working hours (Monday – Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm). There is also ample professional development and the potential for you to become a Production Coordinator for the whole group.
Your next opportunity
As our new Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for servicing, managing and maintaining our production pipeline and supporting monthly production goals.
Core duties:
- Work closely with the team to support the production administration process
- Administer the workflow process from concept to delivery of goods to the client
- Set up the production schedule for shifts and rostering
- Coordinate and provide accurate information to the production team
- Manage and maintain manufacturing order schedules
- Oversee inventory control on the floor, ensuring accurate allocation of inventory and consumables
- Liaise with logistics department to arrange pick up and deliveries
What you will bring to the team
We are looking for an experienced Fitter or CNC Machinist who has extensive experience working with metal fabrication. You will be a self-motivating and proactive individual with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for continuous improvement.
Moreover, you will drive things in the right direction and take people on a journey with you. As such, you will be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be adaptable in your approach.
