This is an opportunity to join an established organisation based in Thomastown, Victoria, that specialises in designing and manufacturing of rollers that move large door and window panels for high-spec residential and commercial applications.
We apply our industry expertise and the latest technologies to develop new rollers that make doors and windows move effortlessly. Our product and sales engineers help OEMs, systems distributors and fabricators of doors and windows globally to solve problems and, in so doing, to stay ahead of their competitors.

About the role
Liaising with clients, you will understand their needs and requirements and how Anthony Innovations can assist them. You will be involved in sales administration, ensuring that products are delivered in line with client expectations and investigating and addressing any customer concerns.
Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you will keep them informed of clients' requirements and support them in delivering the highest levels of service.
Liaising with our Freight companies and tracking and reporting on freight costs, you will ensure that we optimise our costs whilst delivering our products in the most efficient and timely manner possible.
Who we are looking for
This role would suit recent graduates with business or technical qualifications or those with experience in a similar position. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will ensure that the customer journey from ordering to delivery is seamless.
The position will require you to possess:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to ensure robust and effective relationships evolve.
- Administration experience, allowing you will provide information to both the customer and management.
- An eye for detail.
