We are expanding our organisation and are looking for an Administration Assistant with 1 to 2 years experience to join our team in Newstead on a full-time basis.

This role comes with an attractive base salary circa $55,000 – $65,000, including super. You will be working in a modern, well-resourced office environment, close to public transport, great restaurants and shops. You will also have access to the firm’s company-wide profit share arrangements.

Your next opportunity

Working closely with our Office Manager, you will perform a variety of tasks across document administration and accounts management while also supporting the overall administration of our business.

Your core duties will fall within the following categories:

  • Document management
  • Accounts management and data entry
  • Office administration
  • Mail management

What you will bring to the team

To thrive in this role, you will be an approachable and self-motivating individual with strong organisational skills to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines. Your proactive nature means you will be willing to learn and pick up new skills quickly.

Equally important are your well-developed interpersonal skills and your ability to effectively communicate and receive information from various personality types.

Moreover, you will have between one to two years experience working in an administration role and be comfortable with using Microsoft Office Suite and technology.
