OEM Dynamics Pty Limited is an Australian-owned and operated Company that has been active in the manufacture and supply of Mechanical Power Transmission and Heat Transfer products since 1975. We now have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Technical Sales Representative to join our team This is a highly flexible opportunity, allowing you to work from home or at our head office in Ballina, NSW.

Our newest Technical Sales Representative
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for processing customer sales enquiries through our customer service centre.
Core duties:
- Manage and process incoming sales enquiries through to despatch.
- Investigate further opportunities for increased customer satisfaction in their dealings with OEM.
You will also be responsible for processing customer enquiries, including price and availability, order processing, timely delivery and lead time management.
We are looking for a friendly individual who has previous experience working in a customer service role and who is looking to further develop their career in sales.
It is crucial that you are an organised team player with strong communication and time management skills.
Although not essential, strong technical knowledge and a mechanical aptitude are highly regarded. If you don’t have this, that’s okay! We’ll provide you with all the training you need to succeed in this role.
