This role comes with an attractive (negotiable) salary circa $57,500 - $82,400 + super. Five days per week with a rotating roster, with no splits or night. Additionally, all our team members enjoy:

The ingredients you'll bring
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals of all levels: chef, apprentice, cook, production supervisor (or a future head chef even!) who have a strong understanding of Italian Cuisine and who know how to handle fine and quality ingredients and possess future aspirations to work shoulder-to shoulder with a 10-strong team of chefs. Regardless of your level, it is essential that you have previous experience working in similar fast-paced and high-volume environments.
Crucial to your success is your ability to be assertive and effectively work as part of a large team. As a 'Foodie', you will be passionate about exceeding the highest levels of service and food production. You will also have a strong understanding of the importance of quality ingredients and how to make the best use of them.
Moreover, you will be a confident individual who is reliable and who is able to effectively follow hygiene protocols. It is essential that applicant/s have previous solid experience in kitchen operations, high-volume and high-end service.
