Responsibilities
Our Payroll Officers play an essential role in the Burbank ecosystem, delivering the timely and accurate processing of our national payroll. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced, autonomous, and proactive candidate!
The tools to success:
- Demonstrable experience conducting payroll efficiently and effectively - experience with large organisations is advantageous;
- A confident, calm, and collaborative demeanour, both in person and on the phone;
- Familiarity working with an HR3 system or similar, and;
- Ideally (but not essentially), experience in the building &/or construction industries
Our team is tight-knit and sociable. We like to let our hair down and value a good laugh, regularly getting together for BBQs and social events.
Please note: this role requires dual vaccination.
