We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Project Design Manager to join our team in Hornsby, NSW, in a full-time role. This critical role will see the successful candidate work with various teams across the business and assist them to utilise their combined experience to turn our clients' visions into reality.

This role will allow you to leave your imprint on a wide range of high-end projects and have the opportunity to lead projects to create unique and bespoke constructions that are aesthetically pleasing and of a quality that is second to none.
Building it best - how you will work within ARC
Reporting to the Operations Director and working alongside our dedicated and experienced team that comprises designers, project managers and manufacturing team, you will be responsible for identifying design solutions and directing the design team on how to execute them.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with other departments and ensuring the correct designs are created to meet the needs of our clients and their projects
- Understanding the materials used and how they can be best utilised to meet our client's requirements
- Managing relationships with other stakeholders, both internal and external, including builders, architects and other contractors
The difference you will bring
We are looking for an individual with strong project or design management skills who can effectively manage a team of people. Bringing experience working with a variety of materials, you will understand how these can be utilised in the production of installations that meet the requirements of our clients to create their eye-catching masterpieces.
You will be an avid problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and actively communicate with all levels of the business and stakeholders, such as architects, project managers and estimators.
Experience in the design management of facades is also highly desired.
