We are going through a period of immense growth and are now on the lookout for a new Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brisbane, QLD on a full-time basis.

Your next opportunity

In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers ensuring they are well looked after and that they have an excellent experience. This is an exciting opportunity for you to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure their needs are met. This role will also have an element of outbound sales.

To thrive as our newest Customer Service Representative, you will have demonstrated experience working in a customer service role, either over the phone or face-to-face. Crucial to your success is your desire to want to develop your skills in sales and in the healthcare industry.

Although not essential, previous experience in the medical industry and experience using Pronto is highly desirable.

You will be a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively develop relationships with our clients, both prospecting and current.

We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and who possesses a strong willingness to learn about the healthcare industry and how our products help us make a difference in the lives of our customers.
