Due to continued growth, we seek two Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyers to join our commercial division located in a vibrant corporate precinct on Sydney’s city fringe. These important roles will see you working across all areas of commercial law, including Commercial, Corporate, IT law, leasing, joint ventures and corporate governance, and providing guidance and leadership to the commercial division team.

The jurisdiction of the role
These key roles will see you execute substantial commercial transactions, work on a caseload involving high net worth clients, companies, government related agencies and multinational corporations. With strong Corporate and Commercial legal experience, you will provide expert and efficient legal advice and services to all the firm's clients.

- Joint ventures
- Intellectual property
You will be innovative in your thinking and combine this with an understanding of current developments and decisions in these areas of the law and apply these to your client's benefit.

You will bring significant commercial law experience from a prestigious legal firm.
As a lifetime learner, you will keep up to date with current developments and decisions and contribute your insights to the firm's knowledge base.
With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will develop and maintain robust relationships and be comfortable meeting with a diverse range of individuals, from CEOs of multi-national corporations, to board members and local families. Providing excellent advice which satisfies our clients’ transactional needs in addition to their strategic goals, you will be confident in your ability to find solutions for them.
