The Opportunity

As a result of growth within Dy-Mark, we're looking for a full time Operations Coordinator to join our team, based in our Head Office in Darra, Brisbane. Reporting to the National Account Manager (Hardware & Trade), some of they key responsibilities of this role will be to:

  • Coordinate merchandise flyers and other documentation for merchandisers to use
  • Manage call cycles and journey plans for our merchandisers
  • Set field tasks which promote the growth of Dy-Mark
  • Review field reports and photos, and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Perform data entry of store information, product information and other relevant information
  • Build, coordinate and execute monthly training programs to improve knowledge of our merchandisers
  • Coordinate and communicate to our merchandise team to ensure new store set up and refits are completed on time
  • Review and communicate store audit results, ensuring corrective actions are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the National Account Manager

Different team members are responsible for the customer service side of things, so you won't need to handle product inquiries from stores.

Systems and processes are well set-up, and the wider team is established, so your key contribution to Dy-mark will be around the timely flow and communication of information to and from merchandisers, to enable overall business success.

Training will be provided to ensure you're familiar with the Dy-Mark brand and products. You'll receive a mix of office, store and factory training to set you up for success.

What we need from you

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong customer service skills, and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, and fantastic organisational skills.

This is a fast-paced role so you need to be able to adapt to change.

You'll need a current driver's licence, and you'll need to be proficient in the use of MS Office. Experience using Pronto ERP will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
