Interpack is growing quickly and as a result has an exciting opportunity for a Coater Operator to join our team in Deer Park.
This is a full-time role, working 36 hours per week (though you will be paid for 38 hours). Working the night shift, your hours will be Sunday 12am - 6am and Monday through to Friday morning 10pm - 6am. This shift pattern means you will have a decent break over the weekend, from 6am Friday to midnight Sunday.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for Safety, Quality and machine performance on the shift
- Adhere to the production schedule plan and produce high quality flat sheet print for the marketplace
- Machine operations and set up- monitoring machine during production and adhering to the quality checks required
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Report on machine faults/defects
- Drive Safety and Quality objectives
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role as well as a Certificate III in Printing Machining.
We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, the ability and willingness to follow processes carefully, and strong problem-solving skills.

Unrivalled Benefits
Remuneration is somewhat negotiable dependent on experience, but is likely to be circa $97,000. This package comprises a base salary of $77,000 + 30% shift loading. If overtime is required depending on needs of business and your availability, all overtime hours are paid in addition.
