Your Next Opportunity
Thanks to rapid expansion within the business, an exciting opportunity has become available at DCE for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and begin taking ownership of projects, from feasibility studies to completion. Core duties of this role will include leading the delivery team, performing project reviews, and establishing client and authority relationships.
Day to day tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Consulting with Design Managers to determine resources
- Tender preparation, analysis, reporting, and contract preparation
- Responsibly identifying and managing any potential conflicts of interest
- Coordinating each stage of the project with relevant authorities
- Planning and determining the cost of projects
- Managing project budgets, monthly invoicing and completion of development estimates
Unlike other consulting firms, DCE does not subject design teams to the usual subdivisions found elsewhere. That means each new project will be unique from the last, with new challenges and learning opportunities!

What You'll Bring to the Team
You will have a Bachelor of Engineering (civil) and will use your excellent time management skills to ensure projects are tracking according to client expectations. Critical to your success in this role will also be the ability to manage competing deadlines, strong communication skills and the willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of client projects, which will naturally involve balancing the priorities of our clients, our team and relevant authorities. Interpersonal skills and effective communication, as well as the ability to monitor/report on project timelines will be crucial in successfully
