About the Opportunity
Recovre has two fantastic opportunities for Rehabilitation Consultants with a background in either Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling to join their team in Tamworth and Armidale.
Positions exist for both senior professionals with significant clinical experience, and recent graduates.
Within this role, you will assess and obtain relevant information from workers, insurers, employers, the treating doctor and other relevant professionals, to develop and implement a plan that addresses barriers to return to work and assists the injured worker with a safe and durable return to work with either the pre-injury employer or a new employer.

Some of your more specific, day-to-day responsibilities will be to:
- Undertake assessments and liaise with key stakeholders to gather relevant information and make recommendations regarding a return-to-work;
- Undertake initial, worksite and functional capacity assessments to develop safe and durable RTW outcomes;
- Produce clear, accurate and concise assessment reports within minimum standard timeframes;
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for injured workers in consultation with key stakeholders;
- To utilise effective organisational skills, and appropriate consulting techniques to achieve individual revenue target;
- Develop and grow strong customer relationships and seek to achieve profitable growth; and
- Maintain awareness of key customers' business issues and changes and take action to retain the business.
The successful candidates will have a relevant Allied Health degree (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology & Rehabilitation Counselling).
The ability to self-manage and self-motivate along with a strong client focus will see you succeed in this role. You will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to liaise with and sell to clients and a wide variety of stakeholders, as well as report professionally on progress. A basic level of computer literacy, and the ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team, is required.
