Your Next Opportunity

Interpack is growing quickly and as a result has an exciting opportunity for a Toolmaker to join our team in Deer Park on a full time basis. Working the day shift, your hours will be 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday.

You'll be responsible for the repair, maintenance and improvement of all tooling dies, jigs, fixtures and fittings for press tools and CNC equipment.

You'll also support new tooling for new product introductions to ensure the robustness of product builds.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and a relevant trade certificate (e.g. Cert III in Engineering). We're looking for someone with experience in both traditional toolmaking techniques (e.g. lathe, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding), and experience using the latest technology (e.g. laser, CNC). 

You'll require excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and manage a number of projects at once, and strong problem-solving skills.

Remuneration is negotiable dependent on experience, but is likely to be circa $80,000 - $100,000. If overtime is required depending on needs of business and your availability, all overtime hours are paid in addition
