Coming off significant growth last financial year, we have a new opportunity for a talented Senior Brewer to join our team and help continue our ongoing success and journey towards being one of Australia’s best craft breweries.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to have your brewing capabilities challenged by new processes and the malts involved in dedicated gluten-free brewing (millet, buckwheat and rice).

As a brew team all with young families, we work towards a great and flexible shift roster to try and balance our production demands and your family commitments. No late night or super early morning shifts, and very limited weekend work, which will be shared amongst the team.

Have an impact on gluten-free craft beer brewing

Working closely with our Head Brewer, you will work across all aspects of brewery operations, including wort production, cellaring and packaging.

You will be part of a passionate team that is highly experienced and science-driven.

Core duties:

  • Develop recipes and improve current brewing processes;
  • Package (Codi canning line) and manage casual line operators;
  • Clean and maintenance;
  • Manage stock, logistics and scheduling;
  • Conduct quality control and sensory analysis;

You will also assist in technical projects, including digitising brew records, site upgrades and new equipment.

Please note: prior to starting in the role, you will possess a valid Driver’s License and an RSA

Our newest Brewer

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated experience as a professional brewer and who has a strong understanding and commitment to best-practice brewery cleaning, sanitation and quality control standards.

You will be a practical individual with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude. As we are a small team, you will be highly organised, have strong attention to detail and be able to effectively multi-task.

This role is the perfect blend of beer science and creativity, challenging you with new processes and the unique malts we use in gluten-free brewing. You will be empowered to try new things and help us drive the success of our business and the growing industry of gluten-free craft beer.
