We aim to be the supplier of choice for the Australian kitchen, furniture, shop-fitting and cabinet-making industries. With 9 branches in Australia and New Zealand, we take pride in our engineered products and how they can be utilised to meet our customers' needs.
Due to ongoing growth, we seek Technical Sales Representatives to join our close-knit teams in Newcastle, NSW and Townsville and Rockhampton, Queensland. These vital roles will see the successful candidates servicing our existing customers, including cabinet makers, shopfitters, kitchen manufacturers and joiners. You will also seek out new business assisting us to continue to grow our business.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, these roles will be responsible for servicing our existing customer base and finding and converting new customers. You will develop relationships with cabinet makers, shopfitters, kitchen manufacturers and joiners, ensuring our products meet their needs. Additionally, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Management of a designated service area, including the retention and growth of customer numbers and sales;
- Develop an understanding of individual customer's requirements and how our products can meet these requirements;
- Cold Calling and canvassing for new business;
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets;
- Ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of customer requirements;
- Providing assistance to other areas of the organisation, including warehouse and administration.

What you will bring to the role
With demonstrated experience from a similar role within the manufacturing industry, you will also bring strong relationship-building skills to the position enabling you to engage effectively with the diverse range of stakeholders you will encounter. Candidates with experience in the trade or construction industries will be highly regarded, particularly in the cabinet-making trade.
Positive and results-driven, you will see each client enquiry as an opportunity to provide a unique solution to them. Your strong knowledge of our products and the industry will assist you in achieving this.

Finally, you will be comfortable using technology, including a CRM such as Hubspot, as part of the sales process.
