Parts Interpreter Opportunity

HFH has a growing and excellence-driven team. As a result of ongoing expansion, we seek an experienced and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our dedicated team based in our Pakenham, Victoria warehouse.   

Working with some of the most recognised brands in the market, you will report to the Parts Manager and work as part of the spare parts team. You will effectively manage the sourcing and ordering for our internal and external customers. Assisting our customers by preparing accurate and timely quotes, you will also accurately update them on part availability and delivery times and provide them with precise information regarding their part requirements.

About You!

To be successful, you will require a high level of automotive parts knowledge. With demonstrated experience from a similar role, whether in the automotive or a similar industry, you will have strong computer skills enabling you to adapt to different DMS catalogues and programs. Candidates with experience with Tune or Revolution DMS will be highly regarded.

A Parts apprenticeship or mechanical experience, while not essential, would be beneficial.

Just as important will be a strong customer service focus, enabling you to deal effectively with the challenges the role and clients present. Similarly, strong communication and relationship-building skills will allow you to form effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Successful candidates will require a current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
