HR to HC Drivers

This is your opportunity to upgrade to an HC Licence and be paid to train. You’ll upgrade your licence as soon as possible once you start, and then be partnered with our experienced drivers who will coach and guide you in the safe operation of our truck and trailers until you are signed off to drive on your own. Our structured training program makes sure you are supported until you are ready to drive by yourself.

  • Laverton North
  • Epping

Once your training is complete, here’s what we offer:

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must:

  • Possess a current Heavy Rigid Licence and held it for a minimum of 6 months
  • Have experience driving any type of heavy rigid vehicle commercially
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment commercial driver medical, which includes a drug and alcohol test
  • Be able to meet the criteria for licensing, which includes signing a declaration about medical, interlock devices and outstanding fines and disqualifications.

As part of this process, you will be required to attend a mandatory Group Information and Interview Session on Saturday, 22 October 2022.
