Your Next Opportunity

As the company's next General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing staff, operations, performance and resources, with the overarching goal of meeting (and ideally, exceeding) operational and strategic targets within the business. 

By implementing strategic development plans and developing comprehensive onboarding resources for new staff joining the organisation, you will ensure team members are empowered to meet and exceed their KPIs every day, contributing to a consistent YoY growth rate of 15%.

You will also mitigate the firm’s exposure to risk by ensuring the company is meeting compliance obligations and performing ongoing policy administration as required. 


The Skills You’ll Need

To be considered for this role, you should possess prior demonstrated experience as a General Manager, ideally in a high-performing business environment. This can either be within a large organisation, or a start-up company that you helped bring to new heights. 

You’ll be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to join the organisation and hit the ground running.

Your excellent negotiation skills, commercial and executive-type level acumen, and ability to engage with Board Members and other stakeholders will be critical to your success in this position, as you will be expected to effectively balance the needs of the staff, the business, and its clients.
