The Opportunity:

We are now offering a new and exciting opportunity for a full-time BMS Service Manager to join our enthusiastic and highly supportive team in Silverwater, NSW.

In this role, you will lead client and account management for continual service contracts and further develop accounts. 

You will be working with a dynamic and experienced team of engineers, technicians and salespeople to continue the growth and development of the EC Controls Service Division.

Responsibilities include:

• Engage with the development of service maintenance agreements (SMA)
• Meet regularly with the dedicated BMS service salesperson  
• Estimate project costing and price maintenance jobs
• Provide day-to-day management to a team of six direct reports
• Build strong relationships with clients and prospects 

You’ll be great in this role because:

This position has enormous potential for growth and success. To succeed in this role, you will hold a trade qualification or a bachelor's degree in engineering. As such, the following technical attributes are essential:

• Experience in BMS service with a strong understanding of HVAC systems is essential.
• Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) management and delivery experience is essential.
• Previous experience in the Australian BMS Industry within an account management or similar customer-facing, service management or supervisory role is essential.

Your management experience will help you build and maintain strong relationships. BMS, Account or Project Management experience is preferred and will enable you to uphold and improve service delivery. Ideally, you will also have experience with the Sydney BMS market or be able to manage strategy.

Other advantageous technical attributes include:

• A combination of Schneider Ecostruxure and Tridium/Niagara platform experience 
• Experience with Energy Management Systems & NABERS reporting requirements for Commercial Buildings
• Team building and retention, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Mechanical/Electrical experience.

You will showcase your leadership skills by understanding the importance of being sensitive and showcasing your ability to be confident in your approach. Diligence is essential in this role, as is your ability to manage high volumes of work.
