Over the next seven years, demand for aged-care and disability support (AC&DS) services will grow substantially, and the NSW AC&DS workforce needs to expand by approximately 50% - are you ready to be part of the future?

According to the NSW Skills Board commissioned by Accenture, demand for workers in the AC&DS sector in NSW is projected to grow from 250,000 to 370,000 by 2030, with the most significant shortages expected in personal care and support workers.

Given the current needs, Scout Talent, in partnership with the NSW Department of Education and recognised leading aged care providers, are seeking individuals to be considered for a Traineeship program within the aged care and disability sector. With a commitment to providing high-quality care that is compassionate and respectful, we are looking for individuals who share our passion for making a difference.
