Your Next Opportunity
As our next Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to provide outstanding service to our guests while overseeing a team of five dedicated sales professionals. We’ll handle the wholesale, marketing and reconditioning of incoming vehicles, giving you the room you need to focus on what matters most: sales, guest experiences, and empowering your team to meet their potential and kick goals every day!
- Handling guest enquiries in accordance with Mission 100 and dealership policies
- Maintaining an orderly and clean vehicle display
- Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders such as manufacturers and any third-party representatives
- Coaching and guiding sales staff and conducting ongoing sales staff reviews

What You’ll Bring to the Team
To be considered for this position, you should have previous experience in vehicle sales as well as the demonstrated ability to lead a successful and productive sales team.
To thrive in this role, you’ll have a positive attitude, and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of guests and stakeholders.
You’ll be highly motivated, with a commitment to providing exceptional service through every step of the guest journey, from the initial enquiry through to after-sales care. We’re not in the business of selling lemons to uninformed guests - we’re here to match each individual and family to the perfect vehicle for their needs, so a guest-centric approach to sales will be critical to your success in this position.
