We now have multiple exciting opportunities available for Skilled Labourers to join our team across Cobram, Shepparton, Echuca, and Wangaratta on a permanent full-time basis.

Your Next Opportunity:

As our next Skilled Labourer, you’ll be working amongst a close-knit team of people on a variety of construction projects throughout the area. This will involve, at times, travelling to our head office in Cobram before heading to construction sites. On other days, you’ll start your day by heading directly to the sites. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, with minimal travel required. A small portion of your work will have a FIFO element, but this is assigned well in advance and on an opt-in basis. 

To be considered for this role, you’ll need 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in civil construction (general construction experience will be considered), and you should hold a construction induction card. You’ll share our commitment to safety, and be technically savvy enough to operate a smartphone, as most of our scheduling and assignment of tasks is communicated via mobile apps that you will use to plan your day. 

Although not mandatory, truck licenses, tickets and other qualifications will be highly regarded.
