Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking for Senior Civil Engineers to join our Richmond office full-time.
Your Next Opportunity
Thanks to rapid expansion and growth, DCE has expanded the size of their Design wing to include a fifth team. As such, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our teams during this growth phase.
You will be part of our Richmond Head Office, a vibrant and social office that values our people and their skills. We host a number of formal and casual social events across the month, including breakfasts, casual drinks, and charity events to support our people’s personal passions.
When you join Dalton, you will work across multiple civil projects in this dynamic role, from urban development to infrastructure and sport!
Day-to-day tasks and responsibilities may include:

Undertaking feasibility studies and master planning

Overseeing and taking ownership of your projects

Working across the three divisions in the company as directed

Collaborating with your own team and within the business at large
We make sure our teams are as productive as possible with six team members, including our project manager, for the most efficient and collaborative approach possible. This means you can have the opportunity to be part of different teams and work on projects that align with your passions and interest!

What You'll Bring to the Team
You will have a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and more than five years of experience in the industry.
You will have:
-
Experience using AutoCAD, HecRAS, 12D or similar software programs
-
Experience in delivering civil projects
-
A Construction White Card
-
Completion of MRWA DAS training is desirable, though not essential
-
Professional Engineers Registration in Victoria is needed however, we can help you obtain this
