We are thrilled to bring expert home visit physiotherapy to the Greater Sydney Region. With a focus on providing top-notch services for a range of needs, including paediatric, NDIS & disability, neurological, and aged care, we are passionate about putting your needs and goals at the forefront of our care.
Our team consists of mobile physiotherapists dedicated to caring for those who cannot leave their homes or simply prefer the convenience of a home visit. As such, we also have a clinic in Eastwood available for patients to visit.
At Health Next Door, we're dedicated to providing the highest level of care possible. We are not just here to treat symptoms; we are committed to improving quality of life and empowering our clients to take control of their health.
Your Next Opportunity:
We now have an exciting opportunity for a licensed Physiotherapist to join our growing allied health team full-time. You will see a minimum of 20 patients a week, with this role allowing you to choose the hours that suit you and your clients through a Monday-to-Saturday period. You would be more than welcome to bring on new patients alongside provided patients, helping you reach your commission rates quickly!
With an empathetic approach, you will place our patient's needs and objectives at the heart of our care as you conduct physical assessments to assess abilities, limitations, and independence.
You will take the time to deeply comprehend our client's unique situations and create a customised treatment plan that aligns with their lifestyle and individual requirements.
You will play a crucial role in assisting patients to overcome injuries and disabilities, enabling them to regain their abilities and achieve their goals. By working collaboratively to improve their quality of life, function, and independence, you will empower them to take control of their health and well-being.
Your dedication and support will make a significant difference in their lives, and you will be satisfied knowing that you play an essential part in their healing journey.
What you will get from Health Next Door:
You will enjoy an attractive base salary of $85,000 (higher than the market rate!) PLUS, the opportunity to earn unlimited commissions, resulting in impressive on-target earnings of $131,000.
As we are committed to looking after you, some great benefits include:
- Flexibility to create your own schedule that suits you and your patients
- A culture of support as you join an enthusiastic team

You’ll be great in this role because:
With your Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, current registration with APHRA, and up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices, you will have the skills to evaluate the unique needs of your patients and develop tailored treatment plans to support their specific goals effectively.
This role will require at least one year of experience, allowing you to thrive and excel in your work. Your expertise will enable you to provide compassionate and personalised care, which can significantly impact the patients you serve.
You will need to be able to travel to clients' locations as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Therefore, you will need to have access to your own car, allowing you to visit clients wherever they may be.
