About the Opportunity
Newstart Homes has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic Sales Consultants (New Homes) to join their team in Brisbane's south-western suburbs.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be helping to drive business by bringing in new leads.
More specifically, some of your duties will include:
- Liaising with Real Estate agents;
- Discussing designs and housing options with clients;
- Estimating costs for orders; and
- Closing and following up on sales.
To be successful in these positions you will have strong sales experience, and experience in housing sales would be beneficial. You must also be skilled in discovering client needs and requirements.
You will be a very presentable person with excellent communication skills who is easily able to hold a conversation with a client regarding the ideal build for their house and lifestyle.
In return for your commitment, you will receive an attractive remuneration package, plus an additional bonus if you get 5 sales in a month!
You will be rewarded with a strong commission of 2.25% and unlimited earning potential! If you are looking to advance your career there is also scope for the successful applicant to be promoted to a Senior Consultant role!
