About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with award conditions and internal policies.
While we offer flexibility in working hours and days to support work-life balance, this role is not suited to remote or work-from-home arrangements and requires on-site presence.
Salary & Conditions
- Weekly salary: $1,265.06 – $1,454.82 + superannuation
- Conditions governed by the Local Government (State) Award
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven payroll experience, ideally 3+ years, and strong attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with others
- Eligibility to live and work in Australia
