About the Opportunities
If you're an experienced hands-on Retail Manager, then Mister Minit has exciting opportunities in a range of Melbourne stores - specifically Vogue, Doncaster, Dandenong and Southland.
As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead your team to achieve overall financial targets by providing superior customers service to all clients.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving all stated budgets and financial targets;
- Providing service that exceeds customer expectations on a daily basis;
- Maintain security of all stock, customer goods, cash and shop premises;
- Implement and maintain an adherence to Operating Standards and Guidelines;
- Ensure adequate stock control measures within the shop for shrinkage control; and
- Supervising and motivating shop staff ensuring they comply with company operating standards.
This is a hands on role, and you will need to 'get your hands dirty' on the shop floor on a daily basis. You will be experienced in performing the services Mister Minit provides - hand engraving, shoe repairs, key duplication and watch repairs. You will have outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record and creative approach to developing entrepreneurial businesses, and solving problems as they arise.
