What the role entails
Employment Office now seeks the expertise and drive of a talented Sales & Account Executive for our Melbourne team, working from Flight Centre Limited's Victorian Corporate Headquarters on St Kilda Rd.
Working with a professional sales team and exceptional management, your role will be to drive new business and develop your existing business by effectively anticipating client’s long term recruitment needs. Your days will be diverse and fast-paced as you build relationships with HR/Senior Management providing our innovative and powerful recruitment marketing solutions.
This is an executive level sales role in which you will build corporate relationships with contacts from across all industries, through a coordinated combination of telephone and email marketing, with appropriate opportunity for face-to-face meetings. Joining an organised business that has a zest for innovation, you will work with the latest candidate management and client relationship systems, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to close a sale or strengthen a new lead.
EO wants to ensure you succeed by providing comprehensive training, professional feedback, strong individual support and even existing warm leads. However, this is a role for highly motivated true sales professionals who thrive on proactively seeking out and generating new business every day.
What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate is a highly driven and tenacious ‘hunter’ with substantial business development and account management experience in a B2B environment. Day to day, this is a phone-based role, so you must have a proven talent for cold calling and be an articulate communicator when speaking to business owners and HR Managers.
To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience – strong business acumen underpins your sales proficiency. You are an Intuitive seller able to identify key business drivers.
- You are a dynamic sales professional with the hunger to succeed, yet with the polish and superior interpersonal and communication skills to maintain excellent client relations and effectively close the deal.
- An impressive track record in unearthing and sourcing your own leads.
- You are self-motivated and looking to sell a solution that offers exceptional ROI and exploit the unique points of difference that Employment Office can offer.
- A proven track record of both over the telephone and face to face sales.
- You are IT savvy, and comfortable using the internet, email and word processors throughout your day.
- You are exceptionally well presented, with professional grooming and face to face presentation skills that would enable you to attend a client meeting at any time during your working week, without notice.
Applicants with tertiary qualifications and an understanding of the recruitment industry are preferred.
